- Ensure our staff are well supported and empowered to make binding decisions, and if that decision is to spend some time that’s not charged on your installation, that’s okay with us. We look at it as an investment.
Communication
We will provide our customers with a professional, focused response at every point of contact with our organisation. We will:
- Always listen carefully to what customers and colleagues say.
- Be polite and honest.
- Give our contact name and details if asked
- Let people know what will happen next.
- Point people in the right direction if we cannot help.
- Ensure confidentiality.
- Communicate in language that are easy to understand
- Respond to communications promptly and when that is not possible, we will send an acknowledgement with details of who is dealing with the matter and when you can expect a response
- Let people know if there will be a delay in responding.
These are simple things that make a big difference but something the software industry hasn’t done well in the past.
